Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless you received the wrong item.
  • Exchanges are only available for Standard/A grades with major flaws or misgrading (subject to availability).
  • Orders placed under the same name or address will be refunded immediately.


Shipping & Delivery

  • We cannot ship to the EU or UK due to new regulations. Please use a proxy service if you live there.
  • All orders ship from the USA via USPS within 5–10 business days after purchase. Tracking is included.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once your package has been sent. Please contact your local post office for delivery issues!
  • Combined shipping is available only for in-stock items. If you placed separate orders, use our contact form to request combined shipping.
  • Any major updates or delays will be posted on our Instagram!

Address Changes

  • In-stock orders: changes allowed within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Pre-orders: you can update your address anytime before shipping using the contact form (must match the original order name/email).
  • We cannot process address changes if the new address is in a different country. In this case, you will need to purchase a new shipping label.

Drop Buddies

No cancellations or address changes for drop buddy orders. Please coordinate shipping details between yourselves.

For international drop buddies using a proxy address:
  • Let us know before the drop if you’ll be sharing an address.
  • After the drop, send us both order numbers so we can confirm and process them properly.

If we aren’t informed ahead of time, both orders will be refunded automatically.


Presales

  • Preorder timelines can range from 3–6+ months. Please only preorder if you’re comfortable waiting!
  • We’ll share production updates on Instagram, feel free to contact us anytime for status updates. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated!


Reselling & Trading

You're free to trade or sell once you have purchased any of the pins. But please keep a few things in mind:

  • No trading or reselling within 30 days of receiving your pins.
  • You may rehome a pin within 30 days only if it’s sold at drop price (plus shipping + fees).
  • We ask that you do not participate in any shop drop with the intention of using our pins as traders.
